This hotel is a real find in the heart of a vibrant Malay area. With its value for money prices and attention to detail, it's perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the rooms, while basic, have all the amenities needed for a good night's sleep and TV watching. The top shower is a nice touch, and although the view from some rooms overlooks a carpark ramp, the hotel makes up for it with its convenient location at the shopping mall.

The staff were truly professional and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were courteous, helpful, and understanding, which made my tight schedule much easier to manage. The rooms were small but had all the necessary amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the MTR, and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Secondly, the hotel's attention to cleanliness and keeping the rooms tidy was impressive. Lastly, the location was ideal, being near a shopping mall and conveniently close to public transport links.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was situated near a bustling local market where we found great prices for goods and tasty vegetarian fare. The staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to help us with our transportation needs to and from other parts of the city. the room was modern and clean, with a strong air conditioning unit which gave us a comfortable respite from the hot and humid Singapore weather.

Although our room was comfortable, it was quite small and lacked natural light due to the absence of windows. Lastly, we experienced a delay during check-in, which was an inconvenience after a long day of traveling.

The hotel was excellent value for money, very clean, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient with nearby supermarkets and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Hamid Haron and his team at the front office.
